In a touching tribute shared to Instagram on Thursday, theNCIS: Hawai’iactress, 43, reflected on the many birthdays they’ve shared together and how she knew the 98 Degrees singer was the one.
“❤️November 9, 2006❤️,” shecaptioned a photoof the couple’s first birthday dinner. “18 years ago, we celebrated our first birthday together. I will never forget the feeling I had in my heart when you told me we had the same birthday!”
She continued, “You were meant for me! I Love sharing my birthday with You, but more importantly, I Love sharing Life with You! Happy Birthday, My Love! To Us! ❤️.”

The coupletied the knot on July 15, 2011,on Sir Richard Branson’s private Necker Island in the Caribbean.
Shortly after saying “I do," Nick caught up with PEOPLE and explained that seeing Vanessa for the first time as his wife was a moment he’d never forget.
“It literally took my breath away,” he shared. “It’s a moment you fantasize about, and I was certainly not disappointed.”

In the years since, the duo have been busy raising their three little ones: sonsPhoenix, 6, andCamden, 10, and daughterBrooklyn, 8. They’ve also kept viewers entertained on Netflix’sLove Is Blind, which they’ve been co-hosts on since 2020.
Nick and Vanessacelebrated 12 years of marriagein July. TheOne Tree Hillalum reflected on all that’s happened since saying “I do” — thanks to their “beautiful life together with three amazing kids.”
