Discover Weekly is great . The only downside is that when Spotify as if by magic generates a new playlist for you on Monday cockcrow , it replace your old Discover Weekly playlist . Now , thanks to IFTTT , there ’s a super easy fashion to keep an archive of your favorite transient playlists .
The first affair you need to do issign up for an account on IFTTT , a nifty web site that hosts a long ton of useful WWW applets . Once , you ’ve done that , go to the Spotify applet .
You will have to give the applet permission to access your Spotify history , but once you ’ve done that , it ’s literally as easy as chatter a button to turn the applet on . Now you will have a play list that keeps an archive of your Discover Weekly play list . reasonably cool !
