“ consumer in apartment building and condo across the nation received a blow today from the action direct by the FCC . The result of this determination is potential to be higher cost for services and days of litigation and uncertainty for consumers . The significant concessions building owners have been able-bodied to bargain for on behalf of their resident will be lost . ”

The argument for the bustup , however , is that by allowing tenants to choose their own supplier , it ’ll increase rival — since Verizon and AT&T want in the game , for one — and drive down prices as everyone ’s storm to cut each other ’s pharynx to sign up item-by-item renters . Which way will it go ? Who knows . The one thing we do n’t doubt is Comcast ’s ominous monition of “ years of judicial proceeding ” as this inevitably turn into a court flustercuck .
