I ’ve only glance through the complaint , and I ’m not familiar with external practice of law regarding keepsake . But I do n’t see anything in the ill that explain under what statute or common constabulary provision Lucasfilm et al . are violating by using the skull ’s similitude , even on the off chance that the skull does turn out to be a genuine artefact rather than a more modern creation .
